We stayed home today. Laundry and other housekeeping duties called. Our friends Jo and Fred were taking a boat trip with their visiting family members. We volunteered to walk their cute little dog Boo Boo at mid-day.
Boo Boo was a delight. He didn’t seem to mind being walked by strangers.
After speaking with people in the campground laundry room and hearing about some wonderful wildlife boat trips, I decided that I really wanted to take another boat trip looking for wildlife. While I had gotten some excellent whale pictures in Juneau on June 25th, I had camera battery difficulties that day and didn’t get some of the sequences I wanted. We frantically changed our reservations here and in Wasilla and made a reservation to take a boat trip tomorrow.
