Rain, Rain, and Rain

It rained today. It rained last night. It just kept raining. It rained so much that we didn’t do much outside the trailer. We did carry all of the laundry to the campground laundry room in light rain. Just after we had loaded all of it into washers and walked back to the trailer, it started a heavy downpour. Leslie managed to get back to the laundry room during a short lull to switch things from the washer to the dryer. Then the rain resumed. It was bad enough that I drove to the laundry room to pick everything up although it was only 100 yards from the trailer. We did walk back to the hamburger place to try the fish and chips. It was good. So after a cold and wet day, we crashed.
