Today was mall day. We set off to see the mall. This mall is huge! Water park with a wave pool, ice-skating rink, amusement park, and shop after shop. We walked and walked and walked. The best part was people watching. If you watched very long, you could see almost anything. After we walked forever, they finally started closing the place and we had to take several detours to get out. We were afraid that we would be forced out some door miles from where we parked. Eventually we succeeded in getting out the door by where we had parked the truck. After that we got fuel and calibrated the truck’s compass in a parking lot. The truck has a built-in compass that suddenly decided that regardless of the direction we were driving, it was “S” for south. To calibrate it you have to push a bunch of different buttons and then slowly drive in circles. It seemed to work and we went home and had dinner.
