We go going early (for us) this morning to get the water pump fixed again. After fiddling with it for an hour or so, the mechanic decided that the last pump was defective. Then it took them the most of the rest of the day to find a replacement. The dealership has a parts department with an inventory that would fit in a small room. Most of their shelves are empty and the water pump we have is a standard one. They finally got a replacement and installed it. It worked! We had decided to camp at a close by state park that doesn’t have any hookups. We got there and set up. We filled the fresh water tank before we left the dealership and we are hoping that the pump will continue to work as the level in the fresh water tank goes down.
