Rainy Day in Petersburg

Robert, Thursday, June 12
Well, the weather forecast was correct for at least one day. Last night when it was still dark, I heard the pitter-patter of rain on the roof. As the current sunrise is 4:00 am and sunset is 9:42 pm and it is light for at least a half an hour before and after, that narrows down when I heard the raindrops. We spent the morning writing for the blog. The internet connection in the campground requires setting up an account and paying. As the brochure for the town says there are many wifi hotspots we just took our laptops into town. The library was crowded but that is where we went for wifi. Leslie sat on the floor while I sat on a stool. We went to several hardware stores and finally found the fuses we were looking for. We went to the fish store and the only fresh fish they had was rockfish. While we stood there they carved off several filets for us. After a few more errands around town we went back to the trailer. As it was still raining we cooked the fish inside. Maybe the weather will be better tomorrow.
