While the promised rain didn’t appear in the intensity that we expected, the weather still wasn’t very pleasant. We spent most of the day running errands. We drove in to Juneau to use the internet connection at the visitor’s center but their connection wouldn’t work. Drove back to Auke Bay which is near our campground for the laundry and found a connection from a nearby restaurant. After laundry we drove back into Juneau for dinner. The restaurant is a Mongolian Grill. Although we’ve been to Mongolian Grills previously and liked the food, this one wasn’t that great. Because Juneau is a cruise ship destination and the cruise people eat aboard, there isn’t much market for restaurants downtown.
I installed a bigger memory chip in the camera and wanted to test the formatting. Cody and his reflection provided my subject matter.
